Are you concerned about the future

with the looming climate crisis?

Maybe you...

  • Feel very overwhelmed to change anything as an individual
  • Seem unsure that individual actions can make a difference
  • Feel too small to solve big problems
  • Have been frustrated by inaction, knowing it’s here and how slow the wheels turn toward action
  • Are concerned that most people don’t seem to care

But by taking this course you will...

  • Have coping strategies for climate emotions
  • Know what actions you can take, and
  • Create a plan for daily climate wellness

What I've Learned...

There have been times when I have felt completely overwhelmed that climate change was too big of an issue to do anything about or that I needed to do or know more to make a difference.

After years of continual activism, I have also learned how important it is to balance health and wellness with action, and I've helped countless others identify their steps for climate action and wellness.

Your Instructor...
Hi! I’m Jill. Activist, Mom, University Professor, Wellness Coach, Online Course Creator, Author of Climate Justice Field Manual, Founder of Climate Activism Lab and Online Course Creator. More about me here—I’m super excited to help you take climate action by creating this course, which includes guest instructors who share their research, wisdom, and inspiration from the field! Check out the curriculum below.

I was really feeling down and overwhelmed with work and life in general. Jill helped me put it all together. I was able to prioritize my goals, determine what made me happy, put more joy in my life. Not only do I feel better, but my family and co-workers have also noticed a change in me, my work, and my attitude.

Laura

Community Leader

The fear and grief caused by the threats of the climate crisis can make it difficult to focus, to take the time we need to take care of ourselves, and make us feel there isn’t time to spend on the things that make life worth living, but Jill helped me see how those elements are actually essential to being a resilient and effective activist.

Mallorey

Social Media Manager

I highly recommend Jill MacIntyre Witt as a wellness coach. She motivated me to strive for new habits and ways of thinking, and she offered advice for stretching myself to achieve new goals. Jill's stories and pearls of wisdom are inspiring, and they've helped me to move toward more productive ways of thinking.
